We present our acclimatization program whose objective will be the Cayambe summit (third highest mountain in Ecuador with 5790 m. High)
The total duration is 2 months to achieve a good physical training. It will be developed on Saturday and Sunday so Ecuadorians people and residents can participate during their free time.
This program gradually taught the basics and fundamentals of mountaineering to progress safely and autonomy.

Acclimatization program Saturday and Sunday to ascent the summit of the Cayambe Volcano
Duration program of two months on Saturdays and Sundays, all excursions are not mandatory

Practical advices
Acclimatization hikes:
Clothing required:
Gloves and hat, Waterproof jacket, thermal clothing, hiking boots
Suggested personal equipment:
Small backpack, walking sticks, sunglasses, sunscreen
Cayambe:
We provide ice axe, crampons, harness, rope and carabiners
