With a 100 passengers capacity, the Galápagos Legend is made for comfort and adventure. Renovated in 2016, she offers everything a Luxury class traveler could ask for: bars, restaurants, saloons, library, fitness centre, auditorium and many more. The boat, with its marine decorations, is composed of many common areas with stunning panoramic view, where you won’t miss any landscape. Her exquisitely furnished cabins are a real peaceful haven for the passengers. On the open decks, the pool, jacuzzi, solarium and restaurants are waiting to be enjoyed in perfect harmony with the magical environment of the Galápagos.
The boat is equipped with 110V electrical outlet. Single beds dimensions are 90cm x 200cm. Double beds dimensions are 180cm x 200cm.
Moon Deck: Situated on the Moon Deck, the Legend Balcony suite cabin Nº55, has a surface area of 43m² for two people, and is the most luxurious and sophisticated of all. It is composed of a mini-bar, a large private bathroom and a panoramic balcony, so you don’t miss a single landscape. It also has the possibility of conversion into a triple cabin since it is equipped with a convertible sofa (180cm x 80cm).
On this same deck are also located 5 Balcony Suite Plus, cabins Nº54, Nº56, Nº57, Nº58 and Nº59. They are 24 to 28m² large, for two or three people (convertible sofa) with a balcony, as well as 4 Balcony Suite, cabins Nº 50, Nº51, Nº52, and Nº53, with a surface area of 20 to 23 m² for two or three people, with a balcony as well. Theses Suites were recently refurbished so that they could meet every passenger’s expectations. The following Balcony Suite Plus cabins can be connected with one another: Nº51 with Nº53, Nº56 with Nº58, N°57 with N°59.
On this same deck, you will also find a stargazing area and a very particular restaurant in which you can enjoy your meals aboard comfortably fitted life rafts, for the most original experience.
Sky Deck: The Sky Deck is composed of a total of 8 cabins: among them: 6 Balcony Suites, Nº40, Nº41, Nº42, Nº43, Nº44, and Nº45, with a surface area of 20 to 23m², and 2 Balcony Suites Plus, Nº46 and Nº47, with a surface area of 24 to 28m², with a balcony. They were recently renovated and can accomodate two to three people thanks to a convertible sofa (180cm x 80cm). Some cabins on this deck also have a connecting possibility: Nº40 with Nº42, Nº44 with Nº46 . Also available on Sky Deck : an observation point, a teahouse, a bar with stunning panoramic saloon, a swimming pool, an open terrasse as well as a meeting point with the naturalist guides.
Pont Earth Deck: This deck is composed of 33 cabins :
24 Junior Suites from Nº3 to Nº10, from Nº 14 to Nº22, and from Nº 24 to Nº28. They have a 13m² surface area, and can accommodate two to three passengers with a double bed or twin beds plus a convertible sofa (180cmx80cm)
4 Junior Suites Plus Nº1, Nº2, Nº30 et Nº31, with a 20m² surface area for two adults and two children. These Suites offer a window with sea view, as well as a private bathroom, air conditioning, a safe and top range equipment.
2 Standard Plus cabins Nº 22A and Nº23A and 3 Standard Interior cabins Nº 11, Nº32, and Nº33. They have a 11m² surface area, and can host one or two people. These cabins are equipped with single or double beds, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and a safe. (The Standard Interior cabins do not offer view on the sea).
Some cabins also have a connexion option on this deck.
The Earth Deck also has many services, among them a playroom for children, a library, shops, the reception desk, an interpretation centre, a fitness centre, a sauna and a jacuzzi.
Pont Sea Deck: Sea Deck is composed of 5 Standard Plus cabins, Nº34, Nº35, Nº36, Nº37, Nº38 with a surface area of 11m² each. they can host one to two people, offering sea view, single or double beds, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and safe. On this same deck are also located a restaurant the infirmary, the snorkelling equipment storage as well as an auditorium.
Practical advices
Information about the Galápagos Islands
The Galapagos National Park imposes the itineraries and departures days of each boat. Therefore it is preferable to have flexible dates to offer you more choices of cruises.
By regulations of the Galapagos National Park, round trip flights to the Galapagos are planned only in the morning. It is therefore worth noting that within the duration of a cruise, you will lose one day or a little more depending on the company used, between the airport formalities and the time of flight and also the schedule difference (1 hour less in Galápagos).
Each boat works with AVIANCA-AEROGAL or TAME airlines (not LAN, that comes too late in the morning), The majority of boats imposes the purchase of round trip flights to Galapagos in order not to complicate the logistics and by agreement with the airline to establish their logistics. Rates vary according to the agreement between the boat operator and the airline.
the boat operators have the priority in plain spaces, if you wish, we can make of booking and purchasing airline tickets for the Galapagos islands, to avoid any problems of logistics.
Some boats charged a penalty, if customers buy flights for themselves. Please you will have to specify the desired air route and the dates you want to fly . Rates vary depending on departure airports and airlines
